We Required ITI Fitter/Instrumentation for Assembly Technician at Chakan Pune

The person need to work in various following areas.

**Product lines**

Electro Hydraulic Actuators

Positioners - Electro Pneumatics and SMART

Special Products for Defence

**Machines and Equipments involved**

Assembly fixtures and Component pressing fixtures

Hydro test fixtures

3D Printer and Laser marking machine

Environment Testing Chambers

Electrical / Electronic testing fixtures

Robots

**Type of Work**

Sub assembly and Assembly of Products.
- Mechanical
- Hydraulic
- Wiring

Testing of Products
- Mechanical
- Hydraulic
- Electrical / Electronics / Software testing
- Preparation of Test reports and Component traceability reports.

Packing of Products

Important Hygiene factors

a) Cleanliness - Need to clean by self, the entire area under his / her operation.

b) Sincerity & Integrity

c) Punctuality - To be at work place 10 mins before the office timings

d) Flexibility - Sharing other’s work when less load.

e) Efficiency
- Measure time required for one sub assembly & note it.
- Hourly & Daily monitors the assemblies done & its reporting.
- Working at 100% efficiency.
- Think alternative to reduce the time per assembly & how to increase the no of assemblies to be done in a shift.

f) Multi Skilling - Learning related other work areas, to help flexibility & efficiency.

g) Communication - Need to be highly communicative.

Education - ITI in Fitter or Instrumentation

Experience - 1-2 Year experience.

**Salary**: ₹270,000.00 per year
