**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to understand specifications and requirements.
- Assemble, install, and adjust machinery and equipment according to engineering specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Replace defective parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabricating tasks as required to repair or modify equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational goals and objectives.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Fitter course or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Offered Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
