Job Title: ITI Fitter

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine assembly procedures and requirements.
- Perform assembly, fitting, and alignment of mechanical components, including pipes, valves, bearings, gears, and shafts.
- Install and align machinery and equipment according to layout plans and instructions, ensuring proper operation and functionality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in assembly and maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

- ITI certification in Fitter trade or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an ITI Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
