**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition & Sourcing**:

- Identify hiring needs across departments (Non technical).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
- **Screening & Interviewing**:

- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s values and culture across hiring platforms and social media.
- Represent the company at job fairs, fitness expos, or educational institutes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns.
- **Onboarding Coordination**:

- Ensure all pre-joining formalities and documentation are completed.
- Facilitate training schedules with the HR or operations team.
- **Database & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity.
- Prepare weekly reports on hiring status, source effectiveness, and attrition analysis.
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- **Industry Networking**:

- Build relationships with fitness professionals and influencers.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, certifications, and salary benchmarks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience; prior exposure to the **fitness, wellness, or hospitality** sector is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a big advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of roles like personal trainer, fitness coach, gym manager, and wellness advisor.
- Experience in bulk hiring for frontline or operations roles.

**Working Conditions**:

- Location: Kalyani Nagar Annexe, Pune (Onsite)
- Working Days: 5 days/week (including some weekends depending on hiring events)
- Travel: Occasional travel to gym branches or career fairs as required.
