Apponix Technologies is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Placement Coordinator. As a Placement Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our students, recruiters, and internal teams to facilitate the placement process and support our students in their job search journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Students: Provide guidance and support to students in their job search process, offering advice on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking.
- Recruiter Engagement: Reach out to potential recruiters, establish and maintain relationships with them, and promote our students' profiles for suitable job opportunities.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between students and recruiters, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the process.
- Database Maintenance: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of recruiters, job opportunities, and student profiles. Regularly update and organize the information for efficient use by the team.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students after interviews and share valuable insights with them to help improve their interview skills and chances of success.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the training and placement teams to understand the skill set of students and align them with suitable job openings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
