**Job Title**: Placement Coordinator

**Location**: Rajajinagar

**Work Mode**: Offline, Full time( 9 AM TO 6PM, MONDAY TO SATURDAY)

**Salary**: 4 LPA TO 6LPA

**Experience**: Minimum 5 Years into Placements

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate the placement process for students, including job fairs, campus interviews, and resume collection.

2. Build relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for students.

3. Provide career guidance and counseling to students.

4. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the placement process.

5. Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to achieve placement goals.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with alumni and industry partners.

7. Coordinate with employers to arrange internships, projects, and other experiential learning opportunities.

8. Maintain accurate records and databases of student placements and employer interactions.

9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the institution's programs and students to potential employers.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to provide guidance to students.

**Requirements**:
1. Masters degree in Human resources.2. 5- 8 years of experience in a placement or recruitment role.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Good with Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Monster

**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. Master's degree in a related field.

2. Experience working in an educational institution.

3. Knowledge of industry trends and job market demands.
