**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Liaison with Companies**:Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers to secure placement opportunities for students.
- **Organize Placement Drives**:Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events.
- **Student Counseling**:Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them prepare for interviews and selection processes.
- **Resume Preparation**:Assist students in creating and refining their resumes and portfolios to meet industry standards.
- **Database Management**:Maintain a database of students and alumni, tracking their placement status and career progression.
- **Industry Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and employment opportunities to provide relevant advice and information to students.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administration to align placement activities with the curriculum and student needs.
- **Feedback Collection**:Gather feedback from employers and students post-placement to improve the placement process and enhance student readiness.
