**Position Overview**

We are hiring a **Placement Coordinator** with **less than 1 year of experience** who is enthusiastic about supporting student career success. This role involves coordinating placement activities, preparing students for job opportunities, and assisting with corporate outreach and relationship building.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Placement Operations**
-  Coordinate and support campus placement processes for Siva Academy and partnered colleges
-  Understand students’ aspirations and match them with suitable job opportunities
-  Assist in resume preparation, interview scheduling, and mock sessions

**Corporate Relations**
-  Communicate with HR teams and recruitment partners under guidance
-  Help organize industry sessions like webinars, guest lectures, and placement drives
-  Build and maintain a basic database of recruiters and opportunities

**Student Support & Training**
-  Collaborate with internal trainers to ensure students are industry-ready
-  Facilitate workshops and mock activities to improve student confidence and skills

**Reporting & Communication**
-  Maintain placement data and reports
-  Share updates with internal teams and academic coordinators

**Eligibility Criteria**
-  **Experience**: Less than 1 year in placements, HR, coordination, or career services
-  **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR/Management preferred)
-  Strong verbal and written communication skills
-  Good organizational and multitasking ability
-  Willingness to travel within Karnataka if required
-  Team player with a proactive mindset
-  Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint

**Work Location**

**Primary Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Travel**: Occasional visits to colleges or client sites within Karnataka
