- Successful Implementation of ERP based on client process
- Handling Post Implementation queries of the client
- Handling client calls related to new features
- Writing the requirements in detail of the client related to new development
- Liaising with the Development team in getting the development done
- Day to day coordination with clients on ERP related requirements
- Continuously monitor, track, report, and govern the ERP Implementation projects.
- You will interact with cross-functional teams, which could consist of Implementation consultants, Solution Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Texma ERP Line up.
- Help to document best practices in deploying Texma ERP solutions.
- You will be assessed on Customer Satisfaction, Project Management metrics related to timely, on-budget delivery, and best use of available resources.
- Minimum two years experience in ERP Implementation
- Good Communication skills are a must

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
