Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Kolkata area.
- Lead and coordinate marketing efforts, including market research, brand strategy, and the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective marketing materials and social media content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and manage social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, analysis, and engagement to enhance online presence and community engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, to foster collaboration and drive business results.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, using data to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve set goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of the Kolkata market and the hyperlocal delivery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools to drive business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
