**Job Title **: Officer / Executive Quality Assurance (The person would lead the FSMS )

**Qualification & Work Experience**:

- Min Graduate or Post-Graduate in Food technology/Dairy technology/Microbiology or equivalent with relevant work experience in Food Industry (Dairy/Spice / Frozen food / Functional food industry) in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory, suppliers and distribution system audit.
- Preferably having worked in Food FMCG sector for min 4-5 years including 2-3 years of experience in independently handling FSMS system & audit as a part of overall work experience.
- Persons holds LAC of BRC/FSSC and other Food Safety related certificate will be given priority.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Maintaining the Site FSMS system**
- Implementation & maintenance of GFSI Standards - FSSC 22000/ BRC for the site.
- Handling & Lead the HACCP & MRM meeting.
- Maintain and excel good working relationships with cross functional team for food safety program.
- Ensure that all documents and records relating to the role are properly maintained.
- Co-ordinate the ongoing development requirements of the department’s food safety program and compliance including carrying out internal audits & external audits.
- Responsible for Internal and external communication related to FSMS & compliance.
- To liaise with Local Authority Inspectors and enforcement officials as required.

**2. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Participate in regulatory forums, as required
- Keep track of emerging regulations, could potentially impact the products, suppliers or store operations etc.

**3. Training & development**:

- To provide the training to the different work group in plant as per Food safety and other certification requirement.
- Coordinating and assisting with technical training and overall competency improvement to management and employees with regards to the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, environmental, operational methods and personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety and hygiene /cleaning practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
