Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales within your designated geographic territory. Your primary focus will be on meeting sales targets, fostering customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients within the assigned territory through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce products or services.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Address client concerns and objections to facilitate the sales process effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
- **Sales Closure**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating value propositions and addressing client requirements.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license with bike and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
