Lead Management Executive

We are hiring for a Lead Management Executive based out of Gurgaon

Immediate Joining would be given priority

**Job Description**:
The executive will be responsible for handling all interactions of our top tier customers that route to us through multiple channels. This is a new role created internally to provide a best-in-class customer experience to the guests at LEVO.

Work collaboratively with LEVO team to improve predictability, delivery quality and efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the resolution of issues on all issues from online and offline (Service Requests) sources
- Working on online and offline queries, answering their questions
- Provide our guests with best-in-class service that drives loyalty.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, corporate, and guests.
- Flexible approach to ensure established service levels are achieved at all times

Critical Competencies:

- Customer centric attributes and beauty-focused with the ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, persuading or speaking with others.
- Ability to work in high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employees, or customers.
- Track record of exhibiting good judgment and common sense. Skilled in fair and impartial judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assess customer needs and adjust communication style accordingly.
- Should be able to read, analyse and interpret client needs and policies

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be flexible with shifts
- Positive & proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail
- Should have good skills in customer service and rapport building
- Familiar to the Instagram App

Work from office, upto Rs.20,000 p.m

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Dwarka, Delhi - 110037, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
