- **Achieve Monthly Enrollment and Revenue Targets**:

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding students in selecting the right course that aligns with their career goals.
- **Counseling and Student Support**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students based on their educational needs, career aspirations, and program interests.
- Understand student pain points and offer tailored solutions to assist them in making informed decisions.
- **CRM and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and enrollment trends to share with management.
- **Collaboration with Marketing and Operations**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for the students.
- **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Gather insights from prospective students to identify market trends and preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for refining course offerings and sales strategies.
- **Student Engagement and Retention**:

- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and support through their learning journey.
- Engage in retention strategies to encourage students to complete their courses and refer others.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales techniques.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to achieve better results.
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelors degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education Management, or a related field**. An MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales or Marketing would be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in **sales, business development, admissions counseling, or customer relationship management**, preferably within the **Education/EdTech industry**.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong ability to **negotiate and close deals**.
- Experience in **lead generation** and **managing sales pipelines**.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Experience using **CRM software** to manage leads, follow-ups, and student interactions.
