We are hiring for an Tele-calling Executives for our Muvattupuzha Branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate leads**: Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers to generate sales
- **Answer customer questions**: Address customer queries and resolve complaints
- **Promote services**: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of r services
- **Close sales**: Deliver a sales pitch and ask for orders
- **Maintain records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- **Route leads**: Direct leads to the relevant department for further action
- **Retain customers**: Help customers who are dissatisfied with products or services

**Skills**:

- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, including active listening and voice modulation
- **Language proficiency**: Ability to speak and understand the language of the customers
- **Script adherence**: Ability to follow the required script
- **Objection handling**: Ability to address customer concerns and objections

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
