**Service Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Upselling Services**: Promote additional services, accessories, or extended warranties that enhance customer value.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback in the system.

**Coordination**: Work closely with the workshop team to ensure timely updates on vehicle status and customer requests.

Job Timing : 9 to 6pm
