We are looking for a **Chemical Production Incharge** to manage and optimize the production of our chemical products. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, managing the production team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage production of cleaning and chemical products.
- Lead, train, and supervise the production team.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing (cleaning products preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
