Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Shortening Production
Location: Khopoli (Relocation Required)
Experience: 5-7+ years in Edible Oil / Food/FMCG Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled professional to lead shortening and bakery fat production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in margarine, specialty fats, and food processing, with hands-on experience in operations, planning, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee shortening & bakery fat production
  • Plan and achieve monthly production targets
  • Ensure FSSAI, HACCP & GMP compliance
  • Coordinate with QC, R&D, Planning & Warehouse teams
  • Manage product trials, audits, and reporting

Requirements:

  • B.E. (Chemical); Post-Graduation preferred
  • 715 years experience in edible oil / food processing
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Experience in packaging & process operations
