Job Title: Production Head – Printing & Packaging

Job Description:
Responsible for leading overall production activities in printing and packaging unit. Ensure quality, timely delivery, cost control, and efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules.
  • Oversee printing, finishing, and packaging operations.
  • Ensure product quality as per customer standards.
  • Optimize material usage, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch.
  • Lead and train production team, supervisors, and operators.
  • Implement safety, 5S, and ISO/GMP practices.
  • Prepare production reports and control costs.
  • Drive process improvements and machine efficiency.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Offset, Flexo, Gravure, or similar printing technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Experience in production planning and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with Lean, TPM, and process optimization.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Printing, Packaging, Mechanical, or Production.
  • 10–15 years of experience in printing & packaging, with 5+ years in a senior role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹44,525.25 per month
