**Designation - Coordinator - School Relationship**

**Location - Bangalore**

**Essence of the Role**

The School Relationship Coordinator is the primary point of contact for TTF’s established private school partners. The coordinator is expected to seek out and build trusting relationships with school Principals, Teachers or Organisations supporting education in India and overseas. They are responsible for the overall strong and growing level of schools, teachers and public relationship of TTF and for ensuring that the programmes are desired and ‘bought’ by the targeted audience.

This vital position enables TTF to define and drive TTF’s teacher development programmes, services and products in the public eye. Through use of effective marketing strategies, they should ensure that TTF programmes are sought by Indian schools across the country & overseas.

They need to always uphold a positive image of themselves and the organization at all times. They must always engage deal with teachers and principals in a cordial and respectful manner.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Strategise, plan, organize and market TTF programmes to Teachers & School Heads, help them to implement TTF’s services and programmes effectively, with an aim to achieve targets.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Good interpersonal skills & an aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Travel is required for regular school visits within the city

**Preferred Profile**
- Qualification - Graduate - Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing services - education field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Ability to speak confidently and coherently in English.
- Efficiency in computer skills is a pre-requisite - design promotional material, writing proposals, send out mailers & maintaining database. Working knowledge of CRM is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
