**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Academic Leadership**
- Oversee curriculum planning and ensure implementation as per CBSE guidelines.
- Monitor academic programs and ensure delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
- Promote 21st-century learning skills: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
- Guide the faculty in using technology, assessments, and differentiated instruction.

2. **Administration & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, affiliations, inspections, and policies.
- Manage school operations including budgeting, procurement, staffing, and safety.
- Oversee all school records, academic results, attendance, and statutory documentation.

3. **Staff Development & Leadership**
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular training, workshops, and performance appraisals.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

4. **Student Development & Discipline**
- Ensure the holistic development of students through co-curricular and life skills programs.
- Address behavioral and disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency.
- Promote values, inclusivity, and well-being across the student body.

5. **Parent & Community Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, community events, and open houses.
- Communicate school policies, achievements, and initiatives effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching and at least 3 years in a leadership role in a CBSE school.
- In-depth understanding of CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capabilities.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to digital learning platforms and ERP systems.
