**Key Responsibilities**

**Packaging**
- Plan, design, and oversee product packaging for export and domestic shipments as per industry and customer requirements.
- Ensure packaging materials meet shipping standards and minimize damage risk during transit.
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing of packaging materials and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct packaging trials and suggest improvements to optimize space, reduce costs, and enhance safety.

**Import & Export Operations**
- Manage end-to-end documentation for import and export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, DGFT, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely clearance and dispatch.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal sites.

**Logistics**
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics for domestic and international consignments.
- Optimize transportation and freight costs while ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.
- Maintain records of shipments, freight bills, and analyze cost-saving opportunities.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of export packaging standards and international shipping norms.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally preferred).
- Good negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and logistics partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
