We are hiring for English PHD Guide.

Job responsibilities:
1. Supervision of Research:
project.
- Help students define and refine research topics and objectives.
- Provide assistance in literature reviews, methodology selection, and data

analysis.

2. Mentoring and Support:

- Conduct regular progress meetings to review research and address

challenges.
- Offer advice on scholarly writing, conference presentations, and journal

publications.
- Motivate and support scholars to ensure timely completion of the Ph.D.

3. Academic Contributions:

- Promote original and quality research that contributes to the body of

knowledge.
- Encourage publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals and

conferences.
- Keep up to date with current trends in research and academics.

4. Administrative Duties:

- Review research proposals, draft reports, and provide constructive

feedback.
- Ensure compliance with university and funding body guidelines.
- Support scholars in completing all necessary academic formalities.

5. Ethics and Integrity:

- Ensure that students maintain high research ethics and integrity.
- Oversee plagiarism checks and adherence to ethical standards.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
