English Tutor Opportunity at ShiningAce

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic English Tutors to join our team at ShiningAce, a leading online tutoring platform providing customized classes to students worldwide.

As an English Tutor, you'll work with students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, guiding them through structured lessons and activities to enhance their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities in English.

**Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Individualized Sessions**: Customize lesson plans and teaching materials to meet each student's needs and goals.
- **Deliver Engaging Instruction**: Use interactive teaching methods and multimedia resources to keep students motivated and actively involved in learning.
- **Provide Support**: Offer additional support and resources to help students overcome challenges and achieve their language learning goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in English**: Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching English.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with a B.Ed.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy to effectively engage with students and build rapport.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
- **Reliability**: Punctuality, professionalism, and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality instruction to students.
