We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Telemarketer** to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting our **Audio-Visual products** (speakers, amplifiers, conferencing systems, etc.) through outbound calls, building customer interest, and generating qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our AV products and solutions.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and update CRM tools with call details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further action on qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Fresher to 2 years in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in electronics or AV domain).
- **Education**: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent spoken and written communication in English and regional languages.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
- **Professionalism**: Polite, confident, and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
