As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Home Lending CCB Finance Data & Insights Team, you will play a crucial role in the Consumer & Community Banking line of businesses. Your responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and technology teams to implement enhancements and maintain our data and business intelligence platform. You will be involved in business analysis, ETL & reporting development, user acceptance & regression testing, root cause & impact analysis of issues, defect management & fix, and BAU support. Additionally, you will assist leadership in integrating and managing workload activities for the India based team, and coordinating timelines and feature deliverables with business and technology stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a member of the Home Lending CCB FDI team, ensuring data and reporting platform availability, integrity, and completeness.
- Partner with India and US-based business stakeholders and product leadership to align data and reporting platform feature enhancements and issue resolution priorities with business needs.
- Expand the data and reporting platform scope by enriching data from new and existing sources, developing analytical solutions to measure business performance, and automating manual BAU processes.
- Collaborate effectively with technology staff to implement agreed-upon data and reporting platform changes on time and within SLA.
- Understand the SDLC and quality assurance/quality control concepts, metrics, methodologies, and documentation standards.
- Assure regulatory and policy compliance through a system of effective controls.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 5+ years of total experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics roles
- Must be proficient in SQL query writing. Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: AWS or Databricks, Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Tableau/Cognos/BO, SAS/R
- Must be proficient with analysis in Excel including but not limited to Pivot, Vlookup, trend analysis etc.
- Must be proficient in one or more data & business intelligence concepts including ETL, Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, and/or Dashboarding
- Self-starter, team player, good communication skills, be proactive in asking help when needed
- Ability to take cues/guidance and solve problems independently
- Strong attention to detail with ability to understand and communicate bigger picture

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably 2-3 years in financial analysis domain.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in IT, CS, Finance or Business preferred.
- BI / reporting skills preferably in Tableau or ThoughtSpot. Experience with migration of BI projects is an added advantage
- AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse experience
