We are currently seeking a Jira Administrator to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Job Title**: Jira Administrator (3-5 Years Experience)

**Location**: [Remote. Preferably to work during Europe hours]

**Job Type**: [Full-time]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and configure Jira and Confluence to support team workflows and governance automation.
- Manage and optimize Jira plugins such as EasyBI, Comala, and Zephyr.
- Develop Jira dashboards and reports to enhance visibility into development workflows.
- Support Agile project management by differentiating between Kanban and Scrum workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement best practices for Components, Releases, and Labels in Jira.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate Jira with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and repositories such as GitHub.
- Ensure Jira governance policies and controls are effectively implemented.
- Provide user support and training to ensure efficient Jira and Confluence adoption.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience working with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Strong expertise in Jira plugins (EasyBI, Comala, Zephyr).
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum).
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, pipelines, and microservices.
- Knowledge of GitHub and integration with Jira.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a Jira Admin is a plus.
- Experience in governance automation using Jira.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation for Jira workflows.
