Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating JIRA new projects and JIRA user support.
- Create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes.
- JIRA Administration, Understanding of JIRA workflows, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
- Good Understanding in customizing Atlassian JIRA including:

- Adding custom fields, defining field configurations and schemes.
- Building custom workflows including use of conditions, validators, post-functions
- Building custom screens, screen schemes
- Customizing access using permission schemes, groups, roles
- Experience with JIRA automation, subscriptions, notification schemes
- Basic Knowledge on groovy scripting
- Work closely with stakeholders to successfully complete IT infrastructure projects.
- Take the overall responsibility for the Jira configuration and be the go-to person for any Jira issues, enhancements or best practice question.
- Serve as a technical advisor and the primary implementer for new capabilities in JIRA.
- Installation and configuration of continuous Integration servers.
- Create customized dashboards for teams.
- Analyze all new JIRA plugins or custom development to the core system.
- Integrate User with Active Directory.
- Able to collate, review and analyze support tickets metrics and providing weekly SLA reporting
- Ability to work in corporative environment in collaboration with multiple teams - Must
- Excellent communication and writing skills. Prior experience of working with technical and business users.
- At least 4 years of experience in technical problem solving.
- 4-5 years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, JSW, JSM, Confluence)
- Experience with day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of JIRA & Confluence
- Experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Experience with migrating projects from other JIRA instances
- Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add-ons
- Experience with integrating Jira with other third party or internal tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
