GreetingsCurrently we have an Urgent Position for SAAS Engineer Role with one of our projects, location based in Noida.Kindly find below the details for your Perusal.Job Location : Noida (Hybrid)Experience : 3-5 YearsMAX CTC to be offered : 13 Lacs / AnnumNotice Period : 0-20 Days MaximumJob Description:- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the administration / configuration of Atlassian Suites of Applications – Jira, Confluence, Git Hub, Linux- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash) for automation- The foremost requirement of this role is to provide application support and incident resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed SLAs.- Performance tuning of slow running processes will also be required.- A deep and demonstrated understanding of Security principles is required to manage changes in line with security recommendations.- Monitors system performance and makes recommendations for modifications, research problems, identifies root cause and proposes sustainable solutions.- Experience working with global teams.Desirable:- Experience in managing application upgrades and managing configurational changes.- Serves as application support for any other version control application.- Experience supporting Saa S and on-premises applications.- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, Grafana, PRTG).- Experience with Fisheye / Crucible, Bamboo is a plus- Maintains non-technical system documentation, such as process flow charts, design documents, business communications records.- Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential as you will be required to conduct meetings with end users to obtain requirements and generate functional specification documents.- In conjunction with the Business Analysts, you will work with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.- The successful candidate will be proficient in being able to functionally analyze a requirement for a change request and present an estimate for consideration.- Working closely with the SMEs and current team, the role will also be required to:- Follow Change Control procedures as well as performing environment refreshes and maintenance of the different environments on a regular basis.- Troubleshoot and fix application environment issues.- The ability to install, configure, upgrade and optimize performance of an application environment.- In depth understanding of the environment and the business systems requirements of it.- Able to re-build the platform if required.- Understands the business impact of an IT systems failure.- Ability to create technical recovery and continuity plans.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.Experience:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the administration, configuration and support of Atlassian applications, Git Hub, Linux and Dev Ops tools.- Solid experience with application support to end customers and liaisoning with stakeholders to provide quick support.- Solid experience with automation to reduce toil (manual repetitive work).- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions.- Ability to document technical specifications.- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.- Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.- Ability to knowledge transfer skills to other team members.About Sonata Software:Sonata is a global software company, one of the fastest growing in India.
