- **Qualification**: Graduation (mandatory)
- **Languages Required**: Hindi (mandatory), English
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 in-hand + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on course offerings, admission procedures, and career benefits.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by meeting and exceeding enrollment targets.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and student engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales, academic counseling, or a similar role.
- **Graduation is mandatory**.
- **Fluency in Hindi** is required; proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills to engage and convert potential students.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
