**We're Hiring: Admission Counselor (Inside Sales Ed Tech)| Bangalore | ₹25,000 - ₹45,000/month**

Location: Bangalore

Work Days: 6 days/week

Experience: 0-5 years

Compensation: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000/month (based on experience and performance)

**What You'll Do**:

- Counsel students and parents to match their goals with the right programs.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by understanding student needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Use CRM tools to manage student data and follow-ups.

**What We’re Looking Fo**r:

- 0-5 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education services.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferred).
- Comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- A genuine desire to guide students and impact their careers.
