Our major services are Employee Background Screening, Third Party Screening, Consumer screening Solutions.

**Location**: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

**Qualification**:Any Graduation is preferred

**Skills Required**: Excellent in MS-Office. Well-versed in MS-Excel. Ability to generate reports in Excel.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensuring cases /checks are initiated within 24-48 hours as per client specifications
- Ensuring consistent quality and delivery. To adhere to the quality parameters specified for the account / process and display integrity while updating trackers, progress sheets, logs, & saving a completed report
- Identifying insufficiencies/clarifications within L1 - 48 working hours & L2 - 4 working days
- Sharing Progress sheet / Trackers / MIS with Clients as per client requirement/ specification
- Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes
- Ensuring adherence to people related policies / procedures. Maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality
- Escalate issues and seek assistance from the Team Leader or the supervisor in case of verification queries and any other issue which needs to be attended
