**Jaipuria School (Vasundhara Branch ) is looking for a full time Career Counsellor -**

**Responsibilities**
- Advise class X & XII students on career development and prospects for seeking admission in different university with different entrance exams.
- Offer focus and clarity to struggling students in selecting career paths and major.
- Monitor student progress and reports to determine potential problems.
- Coordinate with academic advisors to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors.
- Conduct career awareness events and job fairs for students.
- Determine appropriate assessment and interventions required to assist students and provide interview skills training, resume building.
- Ensuring all query handling of students and parents by effective counselling and convincing.
- Keep a track of new courses and understand the career trends that are upcoming in the industry and guide students about the streams.
- Track class XII passed students via calls to check the profiles and courses students have taken and prepare proper pie charts accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in psychology and post graduation / diploma done in career counselling.
- Good communication and Convincing skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Should have an idea about university entrance exams and abroad exams.
- Should have experience minimum of 4 years.

**In-depth Knowledge of the following functions-**
- Recommendation advice
- University selection, Career section.
- Goal Setting
- Interview preparation and mock.
- Good Knowledge of LOR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad - 201012, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
