We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Python and Selenium testing. As a QA Engineer at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Design**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and functionalities.
- **Automation Testing**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- **Manual Testing**:

- Perform manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Document and report defects, issues, and test results in a clear and concise manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of QA practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software testing and automation.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to the project team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Python and Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) and testing frameworks.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
