We are looking for smart, energetic, and self-motivated supply chain management/operations associates to join our team. You can join us if you are a driven individual looking to develop a career in supply chain management & procurement in healthcare industry.

**Qualification: MBA, B.Tech or BPharm with passion in Operations.**

**Required Exp: Freshers who has done academic projects in healthcare industry (Preferably exposure to hospital operations)**

**Experience: 1-2 Years exposure to Hospitals or Internship experience at Hospitals is a plus**

**Skills Required**:

- Basic MS Excel hands-on experience
- Basic understanding on purchasing, inventory managment, stock management
- Basic understanding on hospital operations - In-Patient/Out-Patient
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the healthcare industry and its best practices
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

**Responsibilities**
- Collate stock reports from multiple hospitals to issue and track orders
- Develop and implement supply chain managment strategies
- Assemble insights and data from stock, purchase and sale reports
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for the company.
- Assist in hospital pharmacy management and purchasing efforts.
- Assist in planning and overseeing new operations optimization initiatives
- Closely work in association with top level Management
- Coordinate with other departments as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
