**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Answering Calls**: Handle incoming calls with a compassionate and empathetic approach, understanding the delicate nature of mental health concerns.

2. **Admission Inquiries**: Address admission inquiries with care and persuasiveness, providing necessary information and support to convince callers of the benefits of seeking admission to our psychiatric hospital.

3. **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and relevant information about our hospital's services, treatment programs, and admission procedures.

4. **Emergency Calls**: Manage emergency calls efficiently, following established protocols to ensure immediate assistance and support for the caller.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other hospital staff, including admissions coordinators and clinical teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

7. **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and hospital policies to provide up-to-date information to callers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle stressful and emotional situations with calmness and composure.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, especially in the context of admission inquiries.
