*Previous experience in handling US/UK clients or excellent oral & verbal English communication skills

*Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role

*Experience in the customer service field is a preferred

*Ability to coordinate multiple schedules

*Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

*Friendly and personable

*Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities

*Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals

*Liaise between clients and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

*Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines

*Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

*Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular online meetings and communications

*Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.

*Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.

*Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.

*Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. *Report to operations manager regularly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
