**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **SMO Executive** to manage and grow our brand’s presence across various social media platforms through **organic strategies**. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring content strategies to boost engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth—without paid ads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize social media profiles (bio, links, hashtags, etc.) for better reach and discoverability.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with users and communities in a timely and authentic manner.
- Track and analyze key metrics like reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay current and innovative.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to align messaging and branding.
- Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct hashtag research and implement best practices to improve visibility.
- Handle social media contests, polls, and campaigns to boost interaction organically.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media optimization or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Experience with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Video editing or reel creation knowledge.
- Understanding of social media analytics (Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
