**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with students and working professionals to understand their academic and career goals.
- Provide personalized counselling to recommend appropriate courses, universities, or programs.
- Assist in the complete admission process including documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and track engagement using CRM tools.
- Build trust-based relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Stay updated on courses, exams, scholarships, and trends in distance and online education.
- Participate in webinars, information sessions, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Psychology background preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM and MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in counselling or customer service is a plus.

**Work Schedule**:

- working hours - Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
