Business Administrator (Experienced) - Medical Equipment Suppliers

Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective processes
- Support the sales team by providing data and insights to drive revenue growth
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in business administration or operations management, preferably in the medical equipment industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trichy, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
