You are expected to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust listening skills. You are expected to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up; organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup

**As a Placement Coordinator, you will be working on**:

- Career Assistance and Coordination - Being the point of contact for Learners’ career assistance, coordination with Course Ops team and helping Learners build collaterals required for Placements
- Placement Coordination between hiring partners and learners
- Database management for Hiring partners
- Enabling communication with the Hiring Partner and managing their requirements
- Placement Database Management - Maintaining and updating Learner placement database across cohorts, and conduct analysis on placement statistics
- Learner Support during placements - Assisting learners with queries related to placement cycles and timelines
