We are looking for a Placement Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You are expected to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust listening skills. You are expected to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up; organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup

**As a Placement Coordinator, you will be working on**:

- Career Assistance and Coordination - Being the point of contact for Learners’ career assistance, coordination with Course Ops team and helping Learners build collaterals required for Placements
- Placement Coordination between hiring partners and learners
- Database management for Hiring partners
- Enabling communication with the Hiring Partner and managing their requirements
- Placement Database Management - Maintaining and updating Learner placement database across cohorts, and conduct analysis on placement statistics
- Learner Support during placements - Assisting learners with queries related to placement cycles and timelines
