**As a Course Associate, you will be working on**:
As the Course-Associate, you would be responsible end to end for long-format Course Development and Management - Ideation, Research, Team management, Production, Delivery, and Updation under the supervision of Course Directors. You would design the curriculum with the Course Directors, do constant research on upcoming topics, and structure of the content. You will spend a significant amount of time creating high-quality course content and coordinating with Industry experts in architecture, construction and design fields all over the world.

**1. Working with Course Director and Mentors**:
b. Building a diverse and competent team of mentors to represent the industry and create the course.

c. You will work as a bridge between mentors, Course Director, and the content creation/course running team for operational excellence.

d. Work with mentors, industry guides & course directors to develop the spine & capstone projects along with the tasks & assignments.

**2. Research**:
a. Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts

b. Research new innovations in both learning design and education

c. Researching and identifying industry-relevant topics that would help learners stay updated and even ahead of the profession.

**3. Course Content Creation**:
a. Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content for both the learning & Capstone stages.

b. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

c. State instructional end goals and create content that matches them

d. Creating pre and post session contents to be uploaded on LMS.

**4. Course Analysis and Updation**:
a. Maintain project documentation and course folders

b. Identify gaps and ways to improve course content and experience.

c. Implement feedback from program reviews

**You'd fit in if you**:

- 3-5 yrs working experience in the industry with expertise in BIM/VDC implementation at all stages of design, engineering & construction.
- Experience of working in conjunction with BIM/VDC for Structural Engineers and Civil (Infrastructure) Engineers.
- Knowledge of structural design & analysis practice along with industry standards of digital delivery for building & infrastructure projects.
- Experience with visual scripting tools such as Dynamo & Grasshopper along with analysis & feasibility study tools such as ETABS, StaadPro, Leapfrog, OpenRoads; Autodesk Robot; Infraworks; Tekla will be an added advantage.
- Areas of expertise/interest - Construction technology; API Integration & Development; Building Analysis; Automation in BIM; VDC workflows for

Construction Management; GIS-BIM Integration;
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Technology and disruption in the AEC industry is the area of interest
- Proven ability to foster effective communication, time management skills, and collaborative working within professional or academic setups.
