About the Role:
As a QA Manual Engineer, you'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that our web and mobile applications deliver a seamless experience to learners, educators, and partners.

You'll design test scenarios, execute manual test cases, and collaborate to identify and track bugs through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through JIRA (or similar tools).
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Validate bug fixes, releases, and perform UAT before deployment.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a test case repository and testing documentation.
• Ensure testing activities are integrated into sprint cycles and align with product timelines.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and edge cases.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience testing API integrations, databases, and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Linear, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A mindset that blends attention to detail with product thinking.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to basic automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Experience with performance or load testing tools.
