**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Preparing shop drawings for all of (OGL, Grading Plan, Profiles & Cross sections) Using AutoCAD Civil 3D for consultant, client Municipality approval.
- Preparing All (Drainage, Sewerage, Potable Water & Irrigation) Layouts, Profiles & Sections Using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Preparing Sheet creations for Plan, Profile and Sections through Civil 3D Preparing Road Diversion layout and as built.
- Preparing Road Marking Layout Plan & Road Marking Standard Details.
- Preparing Pavement Layout Plan & Pavement type's Sections.
- Preparing structural drawings for Bridges, Underpasses & Culverts.
- Providing Setting out Details (Coordinates & Levels) in different formats for the surveyor.
- Preparation of Construction NOC & as Built Shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Reading and checking the contract drawing from the consultants and coordinating with the preparation of shop drawings in Auto CAD.
- Creating Surface (Contours, Points etc) & Horizontal & Vertical Alignment of Roads & Pipe line.
- Prepare Detail Plan, Longitudinal sections (Profile), Super Elevation, Curve Details of Roads etc with respect of Highway Design Standards.
- Providing Setting out Details (Coordinates & Levels) in different formats for the surveyor.
- Preparation of Construction NOC & as Built Shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Preparation of all type of drafting related NOC drawings.
- Preparation of Shop Drawings (Plan, Cross sections-10m Interval, Profile for roads coordinating with Engineers and Land Surveyors.
- Downloading survey instruments data (Total station & GPS) and converting to drawing with the help of designing software and Auto CAD.
- Prepare presentable layouts for clients.
- Prepare As built drawings (Roads and Buildings) Prepare setting out details (Building, roads and Pipeline etc.)
- Prepare parking and junction designs as per Highway Design Standards.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)**:

- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Ability to create parametric families.
- Understand and work as per BIM Manual/Project Standards.
- Effective communication in English.
- Practical and Logical Thinking Ability
- Ability to create a drawing within given timeAbility to remain patience and compassionate for challenges
- Prepare the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for Structural works.
- Prepare the detail shop drawings for Construction work.
- To stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Attention to details
- Flexible to work in any timeline

Technical Ability:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
- Strong knowledge in Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Revit. Education & Experience

**Requirement**:
Minimum - Graduate in Architecture/Civil with minimum 1 years of work experience as Civil 3D Modeller Preferred - Experience in Western Country Project and Gulf Project

**Trainings & Certifications: Civil 3D**

**Salary**: ₹11,318.48 - ₹40,237.31 per month
