Oversee the implementation of BIM processes and standards across multiple Mechanical projects.
- Lead and manage the Mechanical BIM team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and consistency of BIM models.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align BIM activities with project goals.
- Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their BIM skills and keep them updated on industry best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, standards, and project-related information. Provide regular reports to upper management.
- Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Should possess 7+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
- Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
- Preferred - Experience in Gulf Project

**Salary**: ₹11,176.98 - ₹39,053.13 per month
