**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP Specifically in ELECTRICAL BIM

Modelling and drawing extraction

Preparation of Electrical layouts for schematics/SLD, lighting, power, fire alarm, containment, earthening and lightning protection layouts using BIM

Responsible for fully coordinated 3D modelling of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit

To develop concept ideas into drawing details Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations

Preparation of Fire Alarm & PA Schematic diagrams Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design

Preparation of Electrical services ( ELV, LV, Lighting) shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.

Should be well versed with Revit and Navisworks tools.

Knowledge with Autodesk Revit Lighting Calculation Tool

Preparation of Cable Schedule and Cable tray sizing.

Responsible for verifying, Maintaining, controlling central access control system. Making sure drawing production follows company

**standards Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)**:
An understanding of industry wide BIM standards

Very good Knowledge in Revit, Navisworks software.

Create parametric families.

Understand and work as per BIM manual/ project standards.

Strong knowledge in Revit Electrical Knowledge in BIM related works

**Education & Experience Requirement**:
Minimum - Graduate in Electrical with minimum 2 years of experience in the use of Autodesk software's such as Revit, Navisworks.

Preferred - Experience in Gulf Project
