Bim Architect

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Expertise in interior design and detailing using AutoCAD and Revit
- Making detailed presentations and concepts for projects.
- Detailed interior and architecture drawings.
- Production and Detailing of Architectural BIM models (REVIT) and drawings for assigned projects
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Understanding of various International BIMs standards and BIM LOD
- Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager / Coordinator.
- High level of communication and good writing skills. Proficiency in Revit to prepare 3D models/drawings.
- Proficiency in Lumion is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of BIM best practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 1+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
