Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning.

Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM.

Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation.

Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in delivering LOD 200 to 400 BIM model using any BIM Software
- Developing accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM Platform.
- Ability to generate various Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
- Preparation and Co-ordination of Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing 3D drawings in Revit and Navisworks.
- Preparation of Waste water drainage system.
- To prepare Hap Calculation and ventilation Calculation with input parameters.
- A strong knowledge of BIM Standards, the ability to ensure accuracy in the models and adherence to the quality standards
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate digital representations of building projects using specialized software.
- Extract BOQ from the REVIT file.
- Ability to understand UK, US and Middle East criteria, standards and regulations.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)**:

- An understanding of industry wide BIM standards
- Very good Knowledge in Revit, Navisworks software.
- Create parametric families.
- Understand and work as per BIM manual/ project standards.
- Strong knowledge in Revit Mechanical
- Knowledge in BIM related works

**Education & Experience Requirement**:

- Minimum - Graduate in Mechanical with minimum 2 years of experience in the use of Autodesk software's such as Revit, Navisworks.
- Preferred - Experience in Gulf Project

**Salary**: From ₹181,081.28 per month
