**We at the Customer Support team are** In charge of developing long-term user relationships. Responding to chats, as well as focusing on improving the process and resolving issues within the specified time frame, are all part of the job. The Team is located in Bangalore.
**As a Chat agent in Customer Support - **It is expected to make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible. The agent should be capable of multitasking and should make an effort to stay up to date with the latest updates. They should also report issues to the relevant department and should thoroughly document each customer's query and provide a resolution within the given TAT.
**What we expect from you**:
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with technical/mobile products
- Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication.
- Average typing speed - 45-50 WPM.
- Ability to thrive in high demand, high-pressure situations.
- Experience with support platforms such as Freshdesk, or similar software
- Must be willing to work on the weekends.
**What will you work on?**
- Chat agents must make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible.
- In addition to providing real-time support, chat agents thoroughly document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution. This way, chat agents can help improve their organization’s overall functionality and efficiency.
- Successful support agents will need to be able to handle more than one chat at a time. For each chat, agents will need to reply to customer questions, research, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help documentation
**It would be great if you also have**:
- Prior startup experience.
- Hindi - typing
- Arabic literacy.
