**Job title: Field Executive**

A field executive is responsible for vendor onboarding in the Garage, Repair & Service. Role involves various tasks ensuring a smooth & efficient onboarding process, maintaining standards of service, and strong relationship with vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Vendor Identification**:IdentifypotentialGarage or Repair service vendors, networking, and field visits.

**2. Onboarding process**:Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, including documentation, compliance checks, and initial training.

Educate vendors on company policies, quality standards, and customer service expectations.

**4. Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure vendors meet the required standards and compliance.

Address and resolve any issues related to vendor performance or customer complaints.

**5. Relationship Management**:Built and maintained strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing cooperation and satisfaction.

Act as a point of contact for vendors, addressing any queries or concerns they might have.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 2 years (preferred)
